The central development plot will benefit from two detailed planning permissions; a 1 unit 640,000 sq ft cross-docked facility and a 3-unit scheme ranging between 70,000 sq ft to 330,000 sq ft.
A 40,000 sq ft building (Unit 1) is under construction on a speculative basis with completion targeted for Q4 2026.
For customers with more bespoke needs, Mountpark Ferrybridge can accommodate a single footprint up to 640,000 sq ft. The outline parameters of this development plot provide scope for buildings up to 25m (external ridge height). This plot benefits from the ability to provide up to 13 MVA of power.
