MASTERPLAN

Mountpark Ferrybridge will be Yorkshire’s premier industrial and logistics campus benefitting from an outline planning permission for up to 1,640,000 sq ft of accommodation.

Having secured a pre-lease of 68,000 sq ft and a freehold disposal of 40 acres, there is only two development zones available.

The central development plot will benefit from two detailed planning permissions; a 1 unit 640,000 sq ft cross-docked facility and a 3-unit scheme ranging between 70,000 sq ft to 330,000 sq ft.

A 40,000 sq ft building (Unit 1) is under construction on a speculative basis with completion targeted for Q4 2026.
